anarchism is the political belief that society should have no government, laws, police or other authority, but should be a free association of all its members. Anarchist philosophy is, in essence, a philosophy of continually debated, with a wide range of views. An example of such a view is that of William Godwin, a well known anarchist philosopher who lived and popular in Britain in the late 18th century, who believed that the “euthanasia of government” would be achieved through “individual moral reform “.

Anarchism is a philosophy into a political plan which takes into account the ideas and opinions that view the state as a governing force installed, unless necessary, oppressive and prejudicial to the release and further developments of humanity.

Indeed, this is anarchy in its most basic form – an ever changing and very personal ideas that can constantly change and adapt however one wishes to apply them to your own life.

According The Oxford Companion to Philosophy, “there is no single defining position that all anarchists hold, and the anarchists considered the best share a certain family resemblance.”

Anarchism can be a political theory which aims to create anarchy, “the absence of a master, one sovereign.” (PJ Proudhon, What is Property, p. 264) In other words, anarchism is a theory to a political system that involves a company that people can freely cooperate with whomever they want in a field equal.

As such anarchism opposes all forms of hierarchical control – be that control by the state or a capitalist – as harmful to the individual and their individuality as well as unnecessary. This idea is contrary to the interpretation of many of the people as tantamount to anarchy, disorder or breakdown of society. Publications like “The Anarchist Cookbook” have not helped this perception.

“Anarchism” and “anarchy” are widely considered some of the ideas most misunderstood and poorly represented in political theory. Taking a general sense, these words many people equate to “chaos” or “endless” and because of this – as a case of “guilt by association”, the anarchists want chaos in a social sense and even a return to a more decentralized time. “This, in general, is not always the case.
