Expand AdvantageCCS gets approval for bankruptcy advice 13 new states

Tags Advantage credit counseling Service (ACCS) was recently approved by the Executive Office for U.S. administrator (EOUST), to expand counseling services before its bankruptcy, 13 new states, for customers who intend to submit a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcies. A necessary condition under the Insolvency Act provides that the consumer must receive mandatory credit counseling from an approved agency within 180 days before filing for bankruptcy. This provision of federal bankruptcy law provides that all individuals understand their options and have the necessary knowledge and tools to develop a sound financial plan for the future.
