Politics, History and Economics of Argentina Spanish course at ÍBERO BUENOS AIRES SCHOOL
The political and economic environment in Argentina is completely different today than it was at the turn of the 20th century. Whats more, economically speaking, Argentina is very different today in 2009 than it was even at the turn of the 21st century. In the last 100 years, the country has gone through 14 distinct government administrations which all have each left their mark in the political and economic history of Argentina. Â
Ãbero Spanish School is offering a Spanish course through the study of the politics, history and economics in Argentina. The student will learn about peak moments in Argentina´s history that have had lasting effects on the society. The class will study everything from the golden years Argentina experienced in the 1930´s to the disastrous economic crisis in 2001. Societal contributions from famous icons like Eva Perón and Hipólito Yrigoyen will also receive focus.
Learning another language is not just an academic exercise, but can create many new and exciting opportunities. From meeting new people to experiencing a new country, learning Spanish can open doors to a variety of adventures you may have never even considered! As one of the most commonly spoken languages, learning Spanish will give you the opportunity to travel all over the world and speak the native language. As the official language of 21 countries, studying Spanish will not only give you the chance to travel to some exciting places, but will also allow you the possibility of living and working abroad. Even if you are living in a country where Spanish is not the official language, speaking and understanding the language will make you more competitive in the job market. Learning another language does not have to end with learning Spanish. In fact, studying Spanish is just the beginning! Once you learn the basis of Spanish, studying other languages such as French, Italian and Portuguese will be much easier. What you decide to do with your new found language skills is up to you, but the possibilities are limitless.
âThrough this program, each student´s vocabulary will expand greatly due to the wide array of subject matter. Using a variety of multimedia, the student will improve their oral, written and listening skills based on the relevent historic contentâ, says Florencia Bozzano, Ãbero Director and Founder.Â
This special course is recommended for students in an upper level of Spanish as much of the course takes place through discussion and conversation.Â
The Politics, History and Economics course that Ãbero Spanish School is offering is perfect for anyone looking to dramatically improve their Spanish skills while learning about the interesting and twist-turning history of Argentina.

IBERO Spanish Language School (www.iberospanish.com) was formed by Spanish Language Teacher and Translator, Florencia Bozzano and Administrative Director Juan Astudillo who had been teaching Spanish for several years in Buenos Aires. Their first Spanish group course started in November 1999 in a small office they rented in San Nicolas neighborhood, Buenos Aires. Since then IBERO has grown steadily and in 2006 they were finally able to rent an amazing building in the downtown area, very near the Obelisk. They now have more than 1200 yearly students and over 25 courses in Spanish plus a TEFL Certification Program.
The West is trying to demonize China. Why? To ensure an upper-handed position economically, politically, and socially. I HAVE MADE THIS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD: www.sendspace.com www.megaupload.com Too many harbor strong opinions about Tibet, yet know nothing more than the few slogans offered by the mass-media outlets. The media screams: “They killed innocent monks!” – but those “innocent” monks and other young hooligans killed innocent Chinese before a single shot was fired on them. “The Chinese are oppressive” – do you consider freeing over 95% of Tibetans from slavery, building a state of the art infrastructure, and a new economy oppressive? “The Chinese suppress Tibetan Buddhism” – then why have the Chinese spent a fortune restoring ancient monasteries and places of religious significance? China doesn’t SPIN NEWS like we do. Their silence is too often mistaken as admission of guilt. Don’t be another uninformed drone. Do everyone a favor and learn truths before forming opinions. Here’s to Peace & Harmony! The 2008 Beijing Olympics deserve support! www.monarex.com credits: Chris D. Nebe JJ Osbun Mark Grabianowski ***
