<p> Paul Dickerson, a partner and head of the Clean Tech Practice Group at Haynes and Boone, LLP, has been reappointed to the Texas Bioenergy Policy Council by Gov. Rick Perry. The purpose of the council is to unify Texas agricultural, energy, and research strengths to foster development in the bioenergy industry and to create next-generation biofuels energy research and economic development. </p>

<p>Dickerson is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as president and director of the Dickerson Leadership Alliance and board director of the World Affairs Council of Houston. </p>

<p>The new terms expire Jan. 1, 2014. </p>
