As a Friend Pre-paid legal associate, I was in Las Vegas Leadership Summit twice. In addition to inspiring stories and training is also a time when the parade up the money workers in Pre-paid legal over the stage. At the recent Leadership Summit I attended the handing out a million dollars in cash spread out over hundreds of fellow employees. How could these people have so much success in the Pre-paid legal?

Pre-Paid Legal Services, as you know, teach people to be connected to a highly duplicatable system. Their system is designed to be easy to do. The train that everyone can do it and all you have to do is connect to their training and events. The events are very important to Pre-paid legal, if you want to be seen as a core and associate you must go to all events nationally and locally. Do not get me wrong, the events and courses are good and I did a lot of friends as a result, but as far as making money, was the education I received is not as effective. Here’s what I mean. . .

vision of 99 percent of associates including myself, began a Prepaid Legal business to make money and change our lives. I wanted a part-time business that produced a full-time income. I needed money.

How could I do this? Every day at work, I would opt for one hour. lunch break and go to my local mall and try to prospect and hand out business cards and DVDs. I had only about 25 minutes. distributing two DVD and hopefully get a chance to leave me their name and phone number.

this was not easy and took a lot of courage to go out and prospect in this way.
Next I learned the importance of promoting the events and the PBR’s (Private Business Receptions) and invite guests. I urge as many opportunities as I could get out of the events as my guest. How many think you went? Not many!

how many think you looked at my DVD or read my company’s magazine? Not many! I remember hearing one of the best money Workers in Pre-paid to say that on average you get 10 DVD’s were distributed to a person looking at it.

This was very frustrating for me because I just had so much time and SALES how I was trained was not the result I had hoped.

I spent more money than I bring in to autoship, weekly briefings, gas, car, mobile phone, business cards, etc. My ship was sinking fast!

Finally, reluctantly, I turned to the final training techniques to teach pre-paid legal, and it was to contact the lead company, buying leads business opportunity and start cold calling them. I started slowly but I face my fears and still later became quite efficient on the phone. But I still could not recruit fast enough and the people who joined me in business would not repeat. I spent hundreds of dollars buying lead.

After one and a half years of activity and break my butt working Prepaid legal road map for success, I was nowhere close to my financial goals.

I went through a period of SOUL searching and I decided I had to do things differently, or close up shop.

I remember thinking why it was as if all these people were marching on stage and have success with Prepaid Legal roadmap? I also knew that if I worked as hard why do not I have the same result?

The answer was simple and it all boiled down to how I was marketing. The Pre-paid legal roadmap untargeted exploration.
